Meg’s story began with a determination to “figure it all out.” She went to graduate school with the idea that if she could just learn enough, she could become the perfect parent one day. That journey led her to earn not one but two master’s degrees from an Ivy League school on the East Coast — all in the pursuit of knowledge, strategies, and answers that would lead to the happily-ever-after she imagined.

But here’s the spoiler alert: life doesn’t follow lesson plans. It’s unpredictable, messy, and full of curveballs that no classroom can ever prepare you for.

Meg spent the first 10 years of her career as a family mental health therapist, walking alongside parents and children through their struggles and triumphs. Then, when she started a family of her own, her perspective deepened. She realized that knowledge is powerful, but what truly sustains us is compassion, resilience, and the ability to laugh through the chaos. Inspired by both her clients and her children, Meg decided to open her own business — a place where she could combine her clinical expertise with her entrepreneurial spirit.

Over the past decade, Meg has woven together her background in mental health, her spark for entrepreneurship, and her endless love for moments like lying on the kitchen floor laughing with her children. Today, she empowers entrepreneurs to embrace the truth that there is only one you — and when you care for yourself first, you can show up with more joy, presence, and purpose for the people and passions that matter most.
